    • The Challenges of Life

A plaque above my desk reads, "Let God Prevail". When we do not let God prevail, our lives will inevitably turn selfish. Russell M. Nelson, President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, taught this principle, which has simplified my life. I now ask, "What is the right thing to do?" or "What would God have me do?" The answer is often clear, but when it isn't, I keep searching. Though I am not perfect at it, this is always my goal.
